This CA Privacy Notice for B2B websites
and applications supplements the information contained in FirstGroup’s Privacy
Policy.

California
Consumer Privacy Act
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (including its later
amendments and implementing regulations) (“CCPA”) temporarily exempts personal
information reflecting a written or verbal business-to-business communication
(“B2B information”) from certain requirements including its notification
requirements. When the CCPA’s requirements with respect to B2B information
change, we will update this page.

California privacy rights
Third
party marketing
California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section §
1798.83) permits users of our websites who are California residents to request
certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third
parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not currently make any such
disclosures.
Do Not Track
When you visit our online services, we and third parties may use
tracking technologies to collect usage information based on your device for a
variety of purposes, including serving you advertising, based on your having
visited our services or your activities across time and third-party locations. Some
browsers may enable you to turn on or off a so-called “Do Not Track” signal. We
do not currently look for or respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
